Washing machine, our advice :

• All down jackets are made of synthetic textile, either polyester, polyamide, elastane, lycra ...
• In order not to damage the textile fibers, we recommend you never to exceed 40°C when washing in a machine.
• Moreover, the use of fabric softener is strongly discouraged.
• It tends to alter the absorbent and breathable properties of down jackets.

Bad odors from perspiration

• To eliminate perspiration odors after exercise, wash your jacket immediately Force XV.
• Don't let it "rot" at the bottom of your gym bag!
• If you cannot wash it immediately, we invite you to dry it.
• This will prevent the bacteria responsible for bad odors from settling and proliferating.

Beware of flocking

• If your down jacket has flockings, we invite you to wash it inside out to avoid rubbing on the drum of your washing machine.
• Moreover, never iron a down jacket Force XV made of synthetic fiber!
• The same goes for flockings, never iron them, otherwise they will be permanently damaged.

My down jacket is full of mud

• Always pre-wash very dirty items.
• Baking soda can be an excellent ally in removing traces of mud.
• Don't let the mud dry on your down jacket or the stain will become deeply embedded in the fibers.
