Why Volleyball District Exists

The volleyball community has always deserved better than a shelf in the back of a general sports store. That belief drove our parent company, Spacefoot SAS, to build Direct-Volley in Europe — a specialist volleyball retailer that quickly became a trusted name among players, coaches, and clubs who were tired of settling for generic equipment and surface-level advice. Direct-Volley succeeded because it understood the game from the inside: the specific demands of indoor versus beach, the difference that the right shoe makes on a hardcourt, the way a ball performs differently at different competitive levels.

When Himalaya Sport Inc. was established as Spacefoot's American arm, Volleyball District was created to bring that same specialist culture to one of the world's most active volleyball markets. The U.S. has a rich and competitive volleyball ecosystem — from high school programs to pro beach circuits — and it deserved a store that could match its depth.

What We Cover

Indoor volleyball — competition balls, position-specific footwear, protective gear, team uniforms, and training aids for players at every level of the indoor game.

Beach volleyball — the sand game has its own language, its own equipment needs, and its own culture. We respect all three, with a dedicated range built for outdoor play.
