How does the HHW06 work?

The HHW06 works very simply and intuitively. It's a closed loop that has a rail with a gravity ball (weight) attached. When you make circular movements with your hips, the centrifugal force starts to act, moving the gravity ball around the circle, working your abdominal muscles and torso.
