How does the HHW06 work?

The operation of the HHW06 is very simple and intuitive. It's a closed loop with a rail and a gravity ball (weight) attached. When you make circular movements with your hips, centrifugal force begins to act, moving the gravity ball around the circle, engaging your abdominal muscles and torso.
