How does the HHW06 work?

Using the HHW06 is very simple and intuitive. It's a closed loop that has a rail with a gravity ball (weight) attached. When you make circular movements with your hips, the centrifugal force starts to act, causing the gravity ball to move around the circle, putting the abdominal muscles and torso under tension.
